I noticed neither McArdle nor Sestito dropped down for the write in ballot online (atleast they didn't when I tried) so I decided to try texting votes for Mitch Fritz (who was at 37 and dropped down on write in candidates for me), I voted twice for him manually, online, and about 30ish times for him through text. That was well over an hour ago and so far it looks like the 2 online votes have counted but none of the text votes have.
I know people say it takes a long time for the votes to count so I'm not jumping to any conclussions yet, but I have a feeling something very wrong is going on with the voting.

Sestito STILL at 7 votes. Someone really needs to ask the league whats going on. Are my THOUSANDS of Habs votes via text not being counted either?

definitely looks like they are turning a blind eye to the whole mess involving their marketing darlings.
But one thing I have yet to understand is if the Penguins are using some sort of script (not even sure what that is) why are habs fans not simply doing the same? We easily have more fans than the penguins and could easily get more of these scripts going.

Ask them why the Nhl wouldnt be counting your votes, Why doesnt your vote count?
You are ashamed that such conduct is taking place in the NHL, and you are thinking about canceling your season tickets because of this

I stopped reading when I saw this:

Out of those six players, only two possibly deserve to make the All-Star team; Alex Kovalev and Andrei Markov. Price is having a terrible year, statistically, and not helping his team much as they struggle to maintain second place in the Northeast division. Kovalev is doing fairly well, and could possibly be a candidate in my mind to earn the All-Star honors.
Price isn't doing amazing statistically, but far, far from "terrible". At no point in the season has he had a GAA over 3 or a Save Percentage under .900, not even close.
As well, saying "Kovalev is doing fairly well" in the context he does ignores the fact that when the lists were put together Koivu and Tanguay were creaming him, and even at the time of writing, Koivu is having a better season.

My guess is it is schoolkids organized, punching 10-20 "PENGUINS" votes in texting on unlimited texting plans. Massive votes hit from 3-4pm to midnight. The only way to combat that is to overwhelm the same way with even more students (Hab fans) doing same with "CANADIENS". I have no idea, but I expect limitless texting plans are in higher proliferation in the U.S. giving fans there an advantage re: the count of participants.

Not saying I disagree with you (I feel the same "frustration"

), but none of the team's current situation is Price's fault, he costs s measely $850K/year, and I think he belongs at the All-Star game myself (maybe not # 1), but certainly Fleury is not #1 either.
Kovalev, Tanguay, Komisarek -- yeah, you've got a point. The plan was the team was to be doing well, all 6 guys were to be playing to their potential, and the fans would vote them to start -- all to celebrate the Club and the 100th Anniversary year.
The plan's coming apart in the wash.
