On another note, it's noble that Pens fans want their players in, but their team sucks so far this year. So to all Pens fans, give it up, it will be a shame to have all those starters when your team is nowhere near the top of the standings. As for Crybaby Crosby and Malkin, they would have been selected anyways, however, Fleury and Gonchar has no business there. I think they might want to look at the goalie stats again and see who the better goalie is

Does anyone know when the final tallies will be recorded? From the looks of how the scores are updated in chunks I am guessing it takes some time for the NHL to receive the votes and tally them so I wonder when they will have an official count. I doubt the what the website reads at nine will be anything close to official.

unfortunately, thats not the way it works. If Komi doesnt make it by votes, he almost certainly wont be included. Dont forget that every team must have representatives. If Markov, Kovalev & Price make it, we already have 3 players - chances of the NHL awarding another would be slim (and if they DID, I would almost bet dollars for donuts it would be runner up Koivu - the second longest serving habs Captain at an all star game in Montreal - than Komisarek).

If you want Komi there, you need to vote.

Ideally Id like to see the best players at each position there, but because Pittsburg fans have made ridiculous pushes for one guy who hasnt played a minute in the NHL this season & another who has played just 5 games - I think all bets are off.
