Except the only way they are on the same team is if Lats goes to the minors, his brother is likely a career minor leaguer.

But thanks for the info habulator.

why isnt this on the main site of either Pheonix or the habs, who did we trade to get him? I've read from Pheonix fans that he's a career minor leaguer is this true?

Graeme said it so it's true. He's older than latendresse and still in the minors. Speaks for itself. We have too much depth for him to crack the lineup.

Just because he's 22 doesn't mean he's a career minor leaguer.

Daniel Ryder left his team...I think his hockey future is in doubt...perhaps the reason Micheal's been playing like this...worried about lil bro...

That's why I'm saying that. Taking chances with brothers of our NHL players... wink.gif

For the second time... I know that he's no longer playing hockey FOR THE TIME BEING while sorting out his personal problems. His career is not over, he's thinking his future and the Calgary Flames (Sutter) told him to take the rest of the year off to think it over, but warned him that the longer he waits, the harder it will be for him to get to the NHL.

I was trying to make some light humour out of this whole brotherly story... wink.gif

There have been bigger surprises, but he looks like one of those guys with solid junior stats who can't make the transition. He hasn't even performed very well in the AHL, I wouldn't count on seeing him in the NHL anytime soon.

That'd be crazy if we had the Kostitsyn, Latendresse, Koivu, and Ryder brothers all in the organization.
